Art Club

Get creative with the Vanderhoof Art Club!

My name is Laurie Counterman and I am the art teacher at Vanderhoof. Art Club was formed to provide a fun after-school environment for 4th, 5th and 6th grade students to continue exploring their creative side. Club members work on projects at their own pace, specific to their own interests as they explore new techniques.

Many of the projects are on-going so we ask that students commit to attending regularly so they can take the time they need to develop, work on, and complete their creations.

Art Club meets Mondays in the Art Room right after school until 4:00 p.m. usually starting in September through March. Art Club is a ton of fun - come meet our 35 young artists and see our work!

For more information on how to join Art Club, or if you have any questions, contact me.

I look forward to seeing you soon!
